There is only ONE true God who is the eternal King, Creator, and Redeemer! He is Omniscient, Omnipotent and Omnipresent. This God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob has provided the ONLY way of salvation through Jesus Christ His only begotten Son. He has revealed Himself to be eternally self- existent – one being in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
There is only ONE absolute truth. The Bible is inspired by the breath of God and is holy, living and infallible. This is the greatest book ever written as it represents the direct authority and general will of God for all of His disciples to follow. All other deities and religious books are an imposter to the ONE God who was from the beginning. His Word has been given to those who love and follow Him as a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path in order for us to know Him intimately and learn how to live for Him.
Humankind was created in the image of God to worship and enjoy Him, yet Adam and Eve willfully disobeyed and rejected the Lordship and glory for which we were intended. Because of this, the world is now cursed with sickness, corruption, depression, death, and suffering. We believe there is a literal devil and his fallen angel demons and they have the opportunity and ability to influence and tempt but they cannot control or possess the Christian. The true Christian is familiar with spiritual warfare and realizes the keys to victory are found dwelling in the awareness of God’s presence under the shadow of the Almighty. Darkness and the absence of God’s presence are the “wages” and consequences of sin but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ.
Jesus the Messiah, the one and only Savior of the world, was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. Jesus was all man and all God, is the Anointed One and as the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Christ sits on the right hand of God’s throne is the ultimate authority to inaugurate God’s Kingdom on earth. He was crucified and shed His blood for our sins, died on the cross, was buried, resurrected and ascended into heaven, and is now alive today in the presence of God the Father making intercession for us and preparing a place for us. For those who allow Jesus to the Lord of their life, He will lead them and fille them with His Spirit. He will anoint and empower them to do His will.
We are saved by hearing God’s Word and accepting the invitation of grace, through faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ. Those who call on the name of the Lord can be spiritually redeemed through repenting, believing, confessing and receiving Jesus as their personal Savior and Lord for He desires that none would perish. The Holy Spirit convicts us of our sin and leads us to Christ as we enter the Kingdom and family of God as His sons and daughters. There is no other way to heaven. “Neither is their salvation in any other: for there is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).
Salvation is instant but also progressive as we continue to learn and develop throughout our spiritual journey. We learn that the self-discipline of sanctification through the power of the Holy Spirit enables us to live holy and equips us to minister within God’s supernatural realm. The baptism of the Holy Spirit according to Acts 1:4-8 and 2:4 is poured out on believers who are dedicated and willing to surrender their will and within this personal relationship they are given His power to become His witnesses and be used as God’s instruments. We are literally powerless without His anointing.
Though it is true that redemption is offered freely, many Christians today have taken no thought to the accountability of obedience. Having graciously obtained the remission of sins, the flesh has a tendency to become content and take for granted that all is well with their soul just because they raised their hand and said they wanted to be saved from hell. For those who live much as the world does, pursuing the same idols of materialism, security, and comfort that the unbelieving masses pursue, they do not realize these actions will cause them to suffer loss. It is but a remnant of the church that is actually pursuing God and only these will be considered His bride. It is but a few who are anxiously and passionately awaiting the return of the Son of God, walking in the Holy Spirit, following His voice, and keeping their robes unstained from the world. God’s standards have always included sanctification and they have not changed for His New Testament church. Those who believe they can pursue the same idols that the world chases after and still be given access to the holiest treasures of God are mistaken. Many things including service in the presence of God will also be withheld from them. They will not be accounted as worthy to be a part of the Bride of Christ. We are priests before God just as certainly as the Levites who were referred to in Ezekiel and the same standard of holiness required of them is required of us. I Peter 2:5 reminds us, “You also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood…” This is a sobering subject and often neglected in the churches but not all things are equal for all Christians. The remission of sins is a glorious gift of grace, but there is much beyond this. Many Christians stand in peril of suffering great loss, and for many, a loss which they did not even know existed. The fullness of our relationship with God is being offered but the Christian must awaken to this revelation or experience spiritual devastation and regret. Access to the highest levels of heaven and even the very presence of God is at stake.
The victorious redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides freedom from the power of sin and the darkness or evil as the blood of Jesus paid the ransom and redeemed those who would accept Him. This deliverance from bondage has restored our fellowship and “position” of intimacy that was severed in the fall. For those who choose to enter into His blood covenant vow, they are given the power and spiritual authority to live as overcomers in this life. We call abiding in this intimate relationship with God the “divine reality” but for all who reject this revelation of truth, they are automatically included to exist in the default system. Everyone is born in this miserable system but Jesus came to save us and set us free from sin by giving us the chance to be born-again.
The Church is universal in the sense that all who put their faith in Jesus are a part of ONE unified body of Christ and it is also local in that it is a visible gathering of believers. He gave His church the ordinances of Baptism which symbolically represent the dying of the old nature and the creation of the new spirit. Communion symbolically represents the eating and drinking of the body and blood of Christ and becoming one with Christ as a holy vow of covenant spiritual intimacy, devotion and accountability. The Church exists to carry on the ministry of Jesus Christ and further advance His kingdom by tearing down the strongholds of the enemy, preaching the full-gospel to the world and demonstrating the good news of God’s hope, mercy, compassion, authority, and love.
We believe in the full gospel of God’s Word and that all saints have been called to live in the awareness and fullness of His Spirit. Every Christian is called to be a minister and to be instant “in season and out” while listening and discerning God’s voice. His people are to walk in holiness, integrity and to demonstrate the character of Jesus at all times. Every saint has been called to study and be prepared to be used as messengers and servants of Jesus as they represent God and His kingdom. Christians are to lay hands and anoint with oil those who are suffering from generational curses and to set free those who are held captive and all that are sick and suffering. We believe in the great commission and that every Christian has been called to witness and if necessary to use words. We believe it is God’s general will for everyone to receive physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing and deliverance and that NOTHING is impossible with God.
We do not accept the philosophy that the supernatural gifts and miracles ceased when the original disciples passed away. Rather, we believe that the same false “religious” spirit of the Pharisees that has plagued God’s people and seduced them throughout the ages is still teaching lies and deception. This impostor spirit has distorted the true faith and passion of the church and has influenced many to become lethargic, lukewarm and comfortable. However, Jesus desires for His people to accomplish the will of the Father in the power and demonstration exactly as He did. Christ was and is our example for all of the spiritual gifts, signs, and wonders and these are still being manifested according to His will for the purpose of His glory. Each person has been given a divine blueprint for their destiny and through the power and guidance of the Holy Spirit, they have every opportunity to serve and please Him and accomplish His specific will.
The Lord God Almighty is the only Blessed Hope of mankind, and we will soon behold the glorious visible return of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is coming to rapture His church from this realm (living and dead) before He executes His wrath of judgment upon the earth. There will be a tribulation period which will include extreme suffering and persecution that is coming in the future. To be totally honest I personally have not agreed when the rapture may occur as there are three popular opinions including pre, mid and post-rapture possibilities. As of this time, I can say that whenever this amazing event happens and whatever we are faced with, the Lord will watch over us with His love and will not require of us more than we can endure. We may have to suffer for Him but it will not compare to the joy and peace of spending an eternity with Him. After the tribulation, there will be a battle of Armageddon led by the evil antichrist where the armies of the world will gather to make war against Jesus. The Lord will easily destroy the military powers of the world and purify the earth with fire as He prepares this realm for the coming glorious city New Jerusalem and His majestic millennial reign.
Every person who has ever lived on earth will also live forever. Each human being has been given a soul and this spirit will either live in the glories of heaven with God or be sentenced to live a horrible existence of suffering, darkness, and torment without God. At the end of the age, the book of life will be opened and only those whose names are written therein will be invited into heaven. Heaven and hell are literal places and every person will stand before God, bow their knee, confess that He is Lord and give an account of their life. Those who are born-again will be judged according to their works and will be given crowns and rewards. Those who are lost and who rejected God’s offer of salvation will be sentenced according to His perfect justice to a place called hell. God is the righteous and perfect judge and only He as the Great Creator has the infinite wisdom and understanding to judge each individual honestly, purely and fairly. If you have never called upon God to save you, I plead with you right this moment to reach out to Jesus with faith and ask Him to come into your heart and be the Lord of your life. Please consider this scripture and put your trust and hope in the only one who can fill you with peace and hope and save your soul. “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved” Romans 10:9.
Thankful for your faithfulness on preaching the gospel to all peoples wherever the Lord leads. May God bless you in your ministry. Elizabeth Fenison Giyer. Love you with prayers Billy.

Thank you Elizabeth, love and prayers to you also. The world seems to be changing each day and it makes me a little uneasy. I realize there are still good people in the world but I am having a more difficult time finding brothers and sisters that I can relate to. I believe God is leading me in a good direction and just trusting Him in everything. He is opening doors and I pray that He will give me the wisdom and courage to do His will. May the Lord continue to cover you with His peace.

Hello, I am glad to meet you and thank you for contacting me. I appreciate your advice to research the scriptures and I have. As you know, there are conflicting opinions about the differences between what is commonly called a “rapture” that happens before the great tribulation and the second coming of Christ when the sky splits open and He comes in His glory. I have heard the arguments all of my life but I am personally still not clear about whether these are two events or one. If there is no such thing as Christ removing His people before He releases His wrath, does this mean they will experience His wrath? Or will they all be martyred before He pours out His judgment on the earth? I am not claiming to be a scholar of prophecy but rather a student that is trying to learn God’s truth. May the Lord continue to give us His wisdom and understanding.

Thank you, Shannon! I am so glad you are enjoying the column and I pray blessings for you and your church. My wife and I are also currently fasting and believing that God has many wonderful things planned for us this year. I have sent many of these CD’s out and have heard much positive feedback. The enemy does not want us to become saturated with the word of God because he knows how much spiritual strength and power this can bring into our life. There is nothing more powerful than to be filled with the promises of God’s word. I will send you out a CD today and you are welcome to copy as many as the Lord leads and give them away. I do appreciate any type of love offering to help with expenses. It is such an honor to God and his people and I invite you to tell others about our ministry. Peace and joy to you, William.
